Who we are

Nets Easy to e-conomic ("the App") is operated by 2app (Denmark). The App is an e-conomic Marketplace integration that imports Nexi payouts into your e-conomic accounting cashbook. For any privacy question, contact us at info@2app.dk.

Data we process

• Account data: your name, email and company name used to sign in.
• e-conomic connection: an agreement grant token and agreement number, used to read invoices and write cashbook vouchers on your behalf. Stored encrypted.
• Nexi connection: a Report API key, used to read your payouts. Stored encrypted.
• Sync data: payout and payment references, amounts, invoice numbers and statuses required to create and audit vouchers.

How we use data

Data is used solely to provide the sync service: matching Nexi payments to e-conomic invoices and posting balanced cashbook vouchers. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Credentials are used only to call the e-conomic and Nexi APIs.

Storage & security

Connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is scoped per tenant (your e-conomic agreement). Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We retain sync records to give you an audit trail and to prevent duplicate imports.

Retention & deletion

You can disconnect e-conomic or Nexi at any time from Settings, which removes the stored credentials. You may request full deletion of your account and all associated sync data by contacting info@2app.dk, or by deleting your account from the profile page. Uninstalling the App from e-conomic revokes our access token immediately.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.
