Terms of Service

1. The service

Nets Easy to e-conomic ("the App"), operated by 2app, imports Nexi payouts into your e-conomic accounting agreement as cashbook vouchers. By connecting your e-conomic and Nexi accounts you authorise the App to read the required data and create vouchers on your behalf.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide valid e-conomic and Nexi credentials and keep them current.
• Configure correct journal and account mappings for your bookkeeping.
• Review synced vouchers; you remain responsible for the accuracy of your accounts.

3. Accuracy & liability

The App creates vouchers from the data returned by the e-conomic and Nexi APIs. While we take care to post balanced entries, the App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, 2app is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. You should verify entries before closing an accounting period.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party API outages (e-conomic or Nexi) may temporarily prevent syncing.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your accounts in Settings or uninstalling it from the e-conomic Marketplace. On uninstall, our access token is revoked and stored credentials are removed.
